Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms", or End User Licence Agreement) govern your use of Pincela ("the app"), a tool that turns photos into paint-by-numbers, provided by Marjers. By downloading or using Pincela you agree to these Terms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Pincela on devices you own or control, for your personal use. The Commercial Licence subscription additionally grants you the right to sell physical paintings you create from your own photos using the app.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the paint-by-numbers you create. All image processing happens on your device; your photos are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for having the rights to any photo you use.

Purchases and subscriptions

Pincela is free to use with some limits. You can unlock more with:

• Pincela Pro — a one-time purchase that removes ads and the watermark and unlocks all features.
• Commercial Licence — an auto-renewable monthly subscription (currently 14.99 €/month) that includes everything in Pro plus the right to sell your creations.

On iOS and Android, purchases and subscriptions are processed and billed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your store account (iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled according to Apple's and Google's policies. Please request refunds through the respective store.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it to create content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marjers is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
