Pincela turns any photo into a paint-by-numbers, in your browser and on your phone. If something isn't working, or you have a question about the app, your purchase or your subscription, get in touch and we'll help you out.

When you write in, please tell us your device and operating system version, and a short description of what happened, it helps us solve it faster.

Purchases and subscriptions

Pincela Pro is a one-time purchase and the Commercial Licence is a monthly subscription. On iOS and Android they are handled by the App Store and Google Play. To view, change or cancel a subscription, open your store account:

• iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Refund requests for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google. If a purchase didn't unlock, try "Restore purchases" in the app, or email us and we'll sort it out.

Common questions

• Are my photos private? Yes. All processing happens on your device; your photos are never uploaded to our servers.
• Does it work offline? Yes, once the app is open.
• How many colours can I use? Up to 24 for free, and up to 64 with Pro.
